traffic noiseerratic temperature
The room faced the street, so traffic noise was noticeable. It only really quieted down late. also, the shower temperature was a bit erratic. It fluctuated between warm and lukewarm, which wasn't ideal

the staff were so friendly. i slept on a comfortable bed. the finishing touches were great, it made it special. the room seemed like a haven, far away from the ordinary world.
i found the noise quite loud. i stayed on monday and tuesday nights and experienced sound until 3:00/4:00. even with closed windows, it was still noticeable. earplugs are there to help, but it was much noise for me.

staff provided quick and attentive service. they readily addressed questions. front desk remained available around the clock. they made things simple and easy for me.

breakfast included assorted pastries. fresh fruit was available daily. coffee and tea were served throughout the day. dining felt warm, like a simple start for each day.

the location was great with easy access to everything (a big plus for me). i appreciated being only a 15 minutes walk from the train station.
the noise bothered me. it seemed there was a club nearby so even on monday and tuesday nights the noise was very loud until 3:00/4:00. i could hear every cough from my neighbors due to the thin walls.

The staff seemed lovely. They were helpful . The room I had was clean. It was also tastefully decorated. The bathroom looked brand new too.
The heating was on a timer. It did not come on in the morning. I was cold when getting up. The floor was creaky. This was noticeable in the room above.
